Voting in the General Election on November 5
There are three ways to vote for Liz and the rest of the DFL ticket in the General Election on November 5! Read more about each way below. Or check out the Ramsey County elections website here.
Note that you can vote early for the 2024 General Election starting September 20. You can vote early through 8 PM on Monday, November 4 in two ways below: via mail, or in person.
If you wait until November 5th, you MUST vote in person. Double check your polling place; it could have changed due to redistricting.
And remember that you must be registered to vote to participate in the general election. Since Minnesota has same-day registration, you can register on Election Day.

As a resident of Ramsey County, you have 2 locations to vote early in person.
NOTE: Arlington Hills Community Center will open from October 18th to November 4th.

Sunday, Nov. 3: 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

October 18 - November 1: Weekdays 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

You can apply here to have an absentee ballot mailed to you.
For your ballot to count, remember this important information:
***Read the instructions that come with your ballot carefully.
***You will need a witness when you vote and complete your ballot. The witness can be either a registered Minnesota voter or a notary.
***Return the ballot and forms right away after you finish, if you will return it by mail.
Returning Your Ballot in Person Ramsey County residents can return to any absentee voting location. The county will post them here.
All ballots should be returned inside the building where an election judge will verify the voter information is complete before it is retained in county custody.
Do not place your ballot in any document drop boxes or payment boxes - it will not be counted.
Returning Your Ballot in Person on Election Day
If you wait until Election on November 5th, your ballot must be received by 8 PM at 90 Plato Blvd on November 5, to be counted.Or, you can vote at your assigned polling place. Be sure to look up your polling place in advance - it may have changed since you last voted.
Polling places are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day.
